| Comment | I worry about this too. My flat's had some really dodgy repairs/renovations done before I moved in and the bathroom is basically a converted cupboard. There's an intermittent leak that has a healthy patch of mold growing and the rest of the bathroom has spots of it too. The ceiling is a really poorly put in suspended ceiling (there's gaps all the way round) and I dread to think what's above it.
I'm waiting to hear back if the housing association is going to do anything about it, fingers crossed. |
