Well… if your industry is based here then that makes it harder to move.
As a glaswegian with children… if I didn’t have roots here I’d be more inclined to work in Europe for a better quality of life and not caught up in Brexit bullshit.
That said, if I’m stuck in the Uk I’m staying in Scotland. And If I’m staying in Scotland then Glasgow is my choice.
