I think most people would up their rates for the duration if no one had booked yet, but I think it’s morally wrong to alter the terms of the contract after it’s been agreed, and cancel the booking if you don’t get your way.
In most cases it’d be illegal, but I imagine there’s clauses in the T&Cs that permit this nonsense.
