I went to the Kings for Chicago and was still in the queue after my entry time of 6pm. Think it's more to give people time to do an LFT test if they're not double vaxxed (I am double vaxxed so no issue for me). Take a print out of your vaccine passport as a back up in case your phone dies, I speak from experience.
