It's absolutely worth a shot asking for a debit card charge back, although there is no legislation in place for protection, for £59 a reckon the bank will refund it and tell you the whole "if the claim falls through, we'll take it back" but it'll cost the bank more thank £59 to look into it all and I don't see the festival wrestling over £59 either if a financial institution is knocking on their door |
