She was really hurt by all the nasty comments and downvotes, so deleted it. People don't realise that growing up non-white in Scotland in the 70s and 80s was very hard for women. They were treated as invisible and unimportant. I think she thought Glasgow was different now but it brought back all those feelings of helplessness.
