I posted it before but this is WHY they are doing it. They know they are being replaced, but they want paid as much as possible for as long as possible before that happens.
They know they can't justify being paid 30k+ a year just to check a ticket and open a door when there is 3 or 4 of them at the bigger stations just waiting around chatting to each other. |
