UK Halloween is almost exclusively for the children, if you live in a flat with a close (shared) door like a tenement they probably won't knock for you unless they live in the building. The only adult activities involve drinking and nightclubs. However we do have an exclusively British holiday on November the 5th called Bonfire night/Guy Fawkes night where you can go to festival-style events with bonfires, fireworks and food stands, maybe some fairground games. But I'm not sure if this will be happening the same due to COVID
