If you speak to the bin men nicely and ask them for advice.
I did this once and the guy told me the back door is locked and because of covid they can't knock on doors (was 8 months ago and total bullshit)
Old lady didn't hear the bin men and didn't open the back door. So I knew to check it before they come.
Check when they are due to come round and if your free have a word with them.
If its that bad Consider taking it up to the truck this time round.
