| Comment | The problem is that sadly very few people are willing to do this job because people look down on Binmen, also I wouldn't be surprised if there's a few people who left the job due to Brexit making this situation even worse than it already was. Better pay should help to get more employees in but society needs to stop putting stigma on Binmen, I can remember being a kid and being told that "If you don't pay attention in school you'll end up being a Binman because that's the only job you can get". |
