What happened in September then? Why were our cases so high then

If you view the link and go to the table - Weekly Case and Death Rates by Nation, its about half way down. Set to 3 month view, which will give you since England's "freedom day"

September 6th - Cases per 100k

Scot - 824

Wales - 570

N Ire - 547

Eng - 354

And before you say "its because the schools in Scotland went back earlier". On the 29th Sept a month after English schools went back their rate was at 341 per 100K and they have no masks at school or passports
