Yeah exactly, so you'd think we'd be better at dealing with it. Glasgow being rainy hasn't happened in the last few years, its always been like this, why is our drainage so inadequate?

The city clearly does not do well. Its been raining for less than 6 hours and the busiest Street in the west end is borderline impassable.
