| Comment | Not really. In an ideal world sure, maybe. How would time zones work for full global talks? Or countries with less developed internet infrastructure with less reliable connections, who would potentially be "silenced" due to lack of connection? Which are often poorer countries who are/will be disproportionately by the climate crisis.
There were some talks over the summer held over video call and it did not work very effectively. |
