Restricted access is the issue at the moment. We had to request a smaller truck the last time bins were collected on 4/9 (which was almost a week after the scheduled pick up) so they're aware of the problem. The access restrictions are set to be in place till March 22 (although I suspect longer), but they don't appear to have a contingency.
