There was no havoc in the vid but there was two broken down cars blocking the road causing tons of traffic and buses aren’t entering summerston for safety and tons of John Paul academy students at the area trying to pass to get to school they are all late by one hour and ten minutes by now so there’s havoc there but not in the video
