| Comment | We bought a used car from them, and drove it home. On our way home we stopped at the shops. Jumped back into the car, and it wouldn't start. Long story short - they'd jumpstarted the car so we could drive it out the forecourt. Stupid fuckers hadn't even put the battery cover back on. It was lying on another bit of the engine.
When I confront the manager about it, and asked him if he was embarrassed about it he just said "no, why would I be embarrassed? I'm selling loads of cars".
That's the shit that loses you future business. |
