The tenement upgrading is interesting. I know this won’t be popular, but the huge equity in property could be the funding needed to upgrade the housing stock. There could be a situation where properties that haven’t been upgraded are worth less than those that have. I know there are loads of obstacles, but something radical is needed - I really hope something comes out of COP. |
