By serviced flats, I’m assuming this is the same as Factored whereby the close(hallway) and common areas are looked after by a service company and each apartment is billed for it.
This is the most common type of flat/apartment accommodation that we have. It’s quite rare that a flat isn’t factored in some way. Make sure you find out the factors fees etc when you’re property searching. |
