Always Prestwick. Longest runway, doesn't get the fog that Glasgow gets, and you're not flying in or out over a built up area. The CIA regularly use Prestwick, and they have done as long as I can remember. When they lifted the unabomber in Cyrpus or wherever it was I remember that they took him to the US via Prestwick. CIA would book runway slots under Stevens Express, although I'm sure that changes all the time.
