| Comment | I've been assessed for adult autism at Eastwood Health and Care Centre and I was asked to bring someone that knew me through childhood (my mum) - the wait for that wasn't very long, three years ago it was something like 8 months.
I'm currently waiting for assessment for adult adhd at the Arran Centre. I've not heard anything directly from them since I received forms to complete - duplicates were to be filled in by someone that knew me through childhood but I sent them back empty as I didn't want to involve my parents again (I'm over 40). I did check with my GP to confirm that I'm indeed on the waiting list as I did send those forms back late. I think it's been about 8 months since the referral and 2 months since I checked with the GP. |
