Agreed. This isn't America. Businesses have a responsibility to pay staff well. Tips should assist in them being able to afford some nice luxuries for themselves if possible.
Adding it on without mentioning anything purely because your a bigger party seems like a fucking cash grab to me and personally I'd go anywhere else that didn't do this bullshit
