I don't watch animal abuse docs. I think they're great in that people need to know what's going on, and raise awareness for animal abuse, but I'm already vegan so I don't need convincing and I can't bear to watch them. I have cptsd from abuse I experienced as a child and animal abuse is really triggering for me. If you wonder why vegans have the reputation of being arseholes, its bc they're all traumatised from watching slaughterhouse videos and become really contemptuous of omnivores. I know I would be if I watched these kinds of videos. |
