| Comment | eh, I wouldnt characterise the entire west end like that. im from a council flat in the west end, knew mostly people who also lived in council flats. we weren't posh and I wasnt a student at the time (and now that I am a student i live in gorbals). It is where the students mostly are (and there are specific parts of the west end which are really posh) but it's mixed enough that you cant fully generalise. |
