| Comment | I have Alot of issues with them. Most worrying one is the way they just do work with no communication. For example my gutters are leaking.
I have no say how or what they are going to do, or if scaffolding will be used etc.
They won't even know where the leak is they don't care. They will likely just replace the whole thing, make money charge us all. And no one knows what is going on.
I'd rather be factored than not though, heard of owner run factors not caring if the issue isn't affecting them etc |
