| Comment | I'm afraid that offering 10% over the home report for the southside won't hack it. Being in your position 2 years ago, we had to go 18% over after bidding way less than others. We were lucky though in the end I think.
Maybe consider looking further out? There are other beautiful places this side of the river, that are more affordable and still have decent travel links. |
