Looks like the bin strike talks have failed today. Council threatening GMB with legal action.
To be fair to the council they have released it messages/dates/times of what's happened over the last few days but it seems the gmb is really aggressively going against them.
Now the council are hiring private contractors and billing the Gmb? Seems like both sides are really not backing down. It's a shame for the lads but also the people of Glasgow who need to live with the overflowing bins for now. |
