Maybe a bit far out but aberfoyle go ape is amazing. I think Balloch has its own mini treetop course too and it has a train station two mins away.

Tag active in East Kilbride is like a kind of assault course thing where you have to try touch your wristband on obstacles to complete them. Decent level of fitness required.
