GCC seriously needs to be completely fucking demolished and rebuilt properly. I'm from here and I've lived in a lot of places, including a fair few corrupt and inept shitholes, but this place really does take the biscuit. And it doesn't matter who is in power. The fucking Monster Raving Loony party or the BNP could be elected here and it'd still be the same shambles.
