And what is Susan Aitken and Co currently doing? They refuse to take responsibility and actively make things worse. Just look at the major waste issue everyone here keeps complaining about. Instead of increasing services, they cut them. Now we have bin men on strike over working and pay conditions, and when this is raised in parliment the First Minister claims it's politics nonsense and there's no problem? We're also told every city has rats.. come on. They showed us they can tidy up for COP, but not for everyone else. Forget the party these people are part of and ask yourself if any of this is fair to the public.
I think the biggest problem is that people don't know who their local councillors are and vote based on the party alone. I'm not taking about voting for MSP's here, I'm talking about the 85 councillors that make up GCC. |
