I've been trying to get a COVID testing kit delivered since Tuesday. Every day it'd give me a slot then say it's been cancelled before 8am.
I contacted their twitter and got a non response about 'sorry for the continued text messages'. I then redirect the parcel to be delivered to the local post office.
Not getting the delivery notifications. Still getting the Cancellation notifications.
