Even house prices like for like are broadly comparable now.
The difference is that there are far more middle/upper class areas in Edinburgh which takes the average up.
But a flat in Kelvinside is about the same as Bruntsfield/Morningside which are comparable areas.
As for things like drink prices, if you stay out the tourist traps again they’re much of a muchness. |
