The UK has efficient agriculture already, it makes up around 5% of emissions but obviously can still improve with technology such as lab grown meat and by shifting the focus from profit to sustainability. It's not right that you can buy a steak for £5, there are so many costs to that not reflected in the price. It's also not right that you can end up paying £700 rent each month. Like I said capitalism is the problem. Eating sustainable meat will be more expensive. Take profit out of housing, energy etc and people will be able to afford the luxury.
