| Comment | How loud is the noise coming from the television? Tenement flats don't have adequate soundproofing unless someone's taken the time and cost to do it themselves, it's more like ash between the floorboards which may even be removed if there's ever been any work done plus the floorboards will have gaps so the sound will leak through. Talk to the neighbour and see if you both can't reach a compromise but be mindful of the tenement issues. |
