| Comment | Are you upstairs or downstairs from the neighbour? Also, is it just TV speakers or a soundbar? Keep in mind tenements carry noise a lot and there's practically no soundproofing between them unless someone's decided to install it themselves (which is very rare.)
Night hours are set as 11pm-7am for which the law defines a maximum amount of noise which is acceptable during those hours. For the sake of around half an hour of inconvenience as you say, you could have a chat and ask them to try and turn it down a little after 11pm. |
