| Comment | This is a common issue post-COVID. Particularly in jobs traditionally perceived as 'low status' and done by middle aged men. It's across the board, in the US, UK and across the 'developed world'. Folk have been furloughed, then either took early retirement or retrained. They don't want to go back to doing the bins or driving a lorry. Also this demographic have been hit hard by COVID in health terms.
