| Comment | I used IVY as the EA and Pattison & Co as the solicitors. I recommend them both but Melanie from Pattison & Co was just brilliant. This is a second time I used her services and she was great both times. I was not even looking and comparing prices for other solicitors for my recent sale and purchase because she was so good. For EAs, I got quotes from 3 or 4 and they were all comparable. I used IVY as they are not as big as Rettie and the owner is a nice guy. They arranged for photos that turned out very nice and I sold my flat in a week, well above HR value. |
