This is probably applicable to most EA. It is much better to do the viewings yourself if you can. Even if your EAs knows about the property it is still better to discuss face to face. I got a couple of verbal offers from potential buyers that wanted to discuss "offline".
Agree with photos though, it is very important to get them done right. |
