On the other hand, screw GCC for being so bloody incompetent that the mess ever got this far. And the mess on the streets. And all the missing bins. And the potholes. And everything else.
On the third hand, GCC (and I daresay other city councils are similar) are underfunded and that's all down to ScotGov.
Not sure who to blame but I think GCC just about pips it, but I am finding it hard to work-up sympathy for the workers. Which makes me feel bad. |
