Absolutely! Oakland California resident here. Lost my job and health insurance due to pandemic. Currently on Obamacare, subsidized by Biden's American Rescue Plan. Of course, this is temporary, but basically, thank you Barak!!! My health insurance without Obamacare would cost $1318 per month, and this is just for coverage, before I actually use any of it, and pay the deductibles.
