My only experience selling was Purple Bricks, and it was fine. We did all the viewings ourselves which was good because we could actual "sell", rather than leave buyers to just wander around. Agent was availability to phone fit advice etc. Stephen was his name but can't remember his last.
As a buyer I've been to loads of viewings where the agent puppets the door and leave you to it, and can't answer any questions you have. I've always thought I'd be so cross if I was the seller paying for that service.
