They can all be a bit parochial to be honest and it really depends what you mean by ‘commutable’ as what’s acceptable for some isn’t for others…
I feel like Eaglesham might tick a wee box for you but public transport is pish.
Waterfoot is nice too and close enough to Clarkston that you could cycle for a train etc.
Carmunnock- again lovely wee place. Walkable/cyclable to busby train station. |
