If it's a housing association, if you and the neighbours get together and complain, each in writing (a formal complaint), if your housing association is good enough (some are rank rotten) they may send out a handyman to clear some of it.
This happened when I lived in a flat in Maryhill. The bins were in such a mess I kept complaining, taking photos etc as evidence...
Eventually, they sent out someone to clear it up.
The housing association also launched a complaint to GCC as it was mostly their fault as binmen would refuse to empty bins etc. |
