No, you're putting words in my mouth because you're unable to deal with the actual points I'm making. I'm not saying China is a communist country, there are no communist countries. China however, have not almost solely relied upon free markets to provide for their impoverished populations as many other states have. They have taken advantage of the liberal international order and utilised markets to develop. Yet they do not rely upon markets exclusively. Look at the development of their high speed rail over the past few decades, the most expansive and advanced network on the planet built in an extremely short period of time, due to state-led development. Markets are extremely slow at responding to demand in infrastructure and so state-led projects can provide so much more efficiently.
