| Comment | Yes, like clockwork always this time of year. I’ve not been diagnosed but I really do think it’s SAD which is very common in these parts of the world due to lack of sunlight. Also with it being so common, you’re surrounded by a lot of people going through the same thing which can have a knock on effect.
I find getting out the house and keeping busy helps even if it is just going to work/going to the library to study but I definitely feel your pain buddy, I hope you’re ok! |
