How much Vit D are you taking? I am on 4000ui daily and had a Vit D assay done in a lab and I am *just* into normal.
Don't take any medical advice from me, but could the amount be the issue? Also keep in mind it takes weeks for your liver to synthesize Vit D3 into anything useful so unless you have been taking it regularly for a significant time you won't see any benefit.
