| Comment | I disagree about testing. The big advantage to cycling is that it's so cheap and convenient. We already have a problem trying to get people to cycle in this city. Further roadblocks would absolutely kill any progress. What we need is better cycling infrastructure, cyclists need safe, segregated cycle lanes. This would remove most of the opportunities for collisions with cars in the first instance. |
