>Right but needing a vaccine to enter public places is gonna fix that? Bearing in mind being vaccinated doesn't stop people spreading or catching covid

Very true, it just lessens the risk you'll have something bad happen to you. If the policy ends in more people getting vaccinated because they want to go out, then it's absolutely worth it.

>My brother in law who is double vaxxed got covid and still ended up in icu which ended up with them putting him in an induced coma

Sorry to hear about that. But what happened to your brother isn't the whole picture. You can't take 1 case and determine your entire logic based off that. That's why we're in this mess with parents now refusing to vaccinate their kids with regular vaccines because they've forgotten polio was a thing.

At the end of the day, doesn't really matter what you say or believe, you're wrong because the statistics don't lie.

The death rate has fallen, people are coming out the other end of COVID with less issues.

If anything, I'd say someone close to you ending up in the hospital after getting vaccinated, is a bigger indicator that you SHOULD get vaccinated it's fucking lucky he was, doubt he'd be here if he didn't.
