Have you ever tried moving into a flat via taxi ?! I’m not saying it’s not a nice concept I’m just saying it’s not feasible with the number of residents we have here. Full disclosure I don’t actually have a car - hence one of the reasons I live in the city centre!
If they want all the Buchanan street and Mitchell street flats to turn into Airbnb’s and drive away actual residents then that’s what they’ll get because it’s already difficult enough to live centrally. My concerns as a resident are being downvoted as they highlight the inconvenience that residents present to people who would rather ignore the impracticalities of such a policy. |
