How would you split the power between the flats? What if one flat wants nothing to do with it?
It's not that it can't be done, it's just that there's lots of questions to be asked and dealt with.
Probably the easiest (best?) thing to do would be to feed all the power to the grid and use any revenue to offset factoring fees. |
