Thanks for taking the time to write this. I'm speaking to a doctor today about my mental health I made it a month ago. I am trying to find help but it can be difficult. My mum has mental health problems and so does my dad and I feel helpless to do anything about it.
Suicide often seems like the only option to me and I tell myself i should die a lot but I am trying still. I don't want to hurt my family. |
